Corn Stripper

Anyone tried this product yet?

I'm more likely to eat my corn straight off the cob, but I think this would be great for freezing purposes.

Can you imagine how "elated" I was to see this? Any idea! It is an answer to many long years of prayer!!! THANK YOU! I seriously may go get it tomorrow b/c we are having corn tomorrow night. Ridiculous I know, but hello, I cut my corn, my hubby's corn, and sometimes Dad's at a bbq! Do you understand how long this takes when your hubby eats at least 5 ears!!! This may be a new summertime purse item!!! I got the email, and went nutso!!! love ya!

We went to a william sonoma class and they used this and it worked awesome! I am definetely buying one for look because he cuts his corn also. What is up with the wife cutting it for their husband, Luke doesn't get that luxury :)

I have a friend with a fantastic garden. She does this to some corn, but the rest gets frozen on the cob. Blanch the cobs, then put in freezer zips. Suck the air out (or buy one of those seal a meal gizmos.) and BAM! Corn on the cob for the rest of the year... depending on how fruitfulness of your garden. Our corn blew over last night in the microburst. We;ll see if it bounces back.
