Crepes, blessed crepes

Mark my word: the day I build a custom home, these crepe griddles will be on my counter top!

It all started at an after-school job at European Connection. Next thing you know, I was obsessed with the thin pancakes and had discovered Nutella. I must mention that I was dang good at spinning out those thangs! {All in the wrist I tell ya, all in the wrist!}

For now, I'll have to use this or this...which I've been pleased with.

I even have to make a quarterly trip up to EC at Jordan's Landing just to get my fix. I'm known to tell the employees just how I like my crepe done.

Other news in the crepe world: Maestro's gelateria in Provo is serving up sweet crepes.

So I realize that you have no idea who I am, but I am dying to know the exact *authentic* crepe recipe from EC! I used to eat at that place at least 3 times a week. Serious. (Actually if I told you what I used to order, you might remember me because some of the employees knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in the door. It was the same thing every time.) I remember the sadness of driving up one night and realizing that the location in the Riverwoods had closed without warning! Ahhh!
So anyway, do you know the recipe? Would you be willing to share? I have experimented and come up pretty close myself, but I would really like to know the real one. Thanks!
P.S. My sister is Nancy Randle and I have become a casually jealous reader of your blog after she posted a link on her blog. You are so talented!
