I just made some chicken with this rub tonight. My wife works at W&S and bought me a 4 pack sampler. This has been my favorite.We grilled chicken breasts with this on it. In the last five minutes, brushed them with a glaze (2 Tb hot pepper jelly, 1 Tb rice wine vinegar, and 2 finely diced basil leaves). Great stuff!
