Cupcakes at Disneyland!

Yes, you read the title right!
Not only did I visit the Happiest Place on Earth this weekend...
but Disneyland now serves cupcakes!

Such a pleasant surprise.

Before you look further.
Here are the details for these Disneyland cupcakes.

Flavors: Red Magic (red velvet), lemon, strawberry, chocolate, vanilla and pumpkin holiday spice.
Price: $2.50 - $4.00
Available in various degrees/sizes: Cupcake, Fancy Cupcake and Supreme/Holiday Cupcake
Available at most Disneyland bakeries, including Mainstreet USA's Candy Palace and Candy Kitchen and Downtown Disney's Marceline's Confectionery.

I tried the strawberry
I'm not going to lie and tell you it tasted amazing.
I'd say tier three grocery store quality.
I asked a couple employees and most said they started carrying cupcakes a few months back.
and eh hem...they ship them in.

But let's remember the silver lining:

The cupcakes are as cute as a button and fit right into the magic that is Disneyland.
I'd like to say Disneyland is now complete.

Grocery quality sounds about right! They don't look like they'd quite be "cupcakery" quality. Cute, but not good enough to divulge!

We were just there a few weeks ago. I saw them, but didn't think they didn't carry them before. Should have tried one now after reading your blog. Keep it up.

See if you can feel my sadness right now. You are making me miss Southern California right now like I never thought I could. :( We used to go to D-Land all the time. And of course now they have cupcakes when I don't have an annual pass anymore. :( :( :(

We were at Disneyland last month. I saw the cupcakes but thought they were too expensive. Glad to see I didn't miss anything too incredible!
