I'm absolutely exhausted but I have to tell you about the French Yogurt Cake. I've been very excited about this since I first saw the ingredients. Yogurt, lemon zest and ground almonds...eek! Sign me up!I must say though, I could not find Lemon Marmalade for the life of me! I swear I tried every local grocery store and specialty food shop. Ironically, I found Pink Grapefruit Marmalade...you'd think that would be the hard one to find, right.
Okay, I loved this cake. I love loaf cakes. It was fast and it was easy...and I would totally make it again.
