Fool-Proof Salmon Filets

During my first week of meal planning I was inspired to try out Cook's Illustrated method for foll-proof salmon!

Well, they were genius and I was able to enjoy some fabulous salmon. Confession: I just watched while the hub did all the work. :)

My favorite tips from Cook's Illustrated:
* Clean/Heat Up the grill with aluminum foil before grilling
* Drying and Refrigerating the fish before grilling
* Coating Salmon w/ Oil for moisture and crisp
