Reading is like running for me. I love to do it but it sometimes it just takes an extra nudge to get me started. Once I'm in my groove, I can't be stopped. I'm attempting to read a lot more books in 2010. So I might as well document it, right? My goal is a book a month.

Please read "The Story of Edgar Sawtelle"{David Wroblewski}. I usually don't read O's book club picks- but I read this over Christmas and it was wonderful. OH, and my all time favorite book that I have given every friend- "Circle of Friends"{Maeve Binchy} LOVE IT, LOVE IT... All of her books are great, but this one is superb. I could give lots more, but I am sure that other will have their picks- so those are two of my faves! I hope you read and enjoy them!!
The School of Essential Ingredients, The End of Overeating, Food Matters, A Homemade Life, Too Many Cooks...so these are all food related but REALLY good:)
Good list! I really liked My Life in France, the Time Traveler's Wife, Eat Pray Love, and Julie and Julia. Also, The School of Essential Ingredients and A Homemade Life, mentioned in the comment above are great. One I will add is Beginner's Greek by James Collins - I loved it!
I see you read the Stephanie Meyer series, which I liked as well. I enjoy a good easy read in the midst of my more serious books. You may also enjoy the "Mortal Instruments" series by Cassandra Clare, they're a super good addictive read.
You're exactly like me... once I get started, I just can't stop!
Just have to let you know...I read The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society a few months ago and I LOVED it! Thanks for the list.
You should read the book My Name is Asher Lev by Chain Potok. Jeni and I read it when we worked together at Noni and then we passed it on to the family so they could all read it. It is a fabulous read.
