Tuesdays with Dorie: Chocolate Biscotti

I made biscotti for the very first time. It was of the chocolate variety, loaded with blanched almonds, dried cherries and semi-sweet chocolate chunks. The dough was incredibly addictive and the double-baked finished product was delicious.
